I am having trouble placing my order, what should I do?

I need to change or amend my order, can I do this?

Please email us ASAP if you would like to amend your order. Once you have received an email to say your order has been dispatched, no amendments can be made.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent via 2nd class recorded delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If you need your order quicker than this, please email us prior to ordering and we will be happy to facilitate this at a extra shipping cost. 

We apologise in advance for COVID 19 delays however unfortunately this is beyond our control, thank you for your patience.
