Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 7 days that your order is received.
To complete your return/exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase and evidence of genuine damage.
Once we are satisfied that you are eligible, we will notify you of your exchange/refund. If you have opted for an exchange we will ensure this is dispatched for you within 24 hours. If you have chosen to receive a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (This is dependant on your method of payment as well as bank issuer).
